วันอังคารที่ ๒๔ ธันวาคม พ.ศ.๒๕๖๗ เวลา ๑๒.๓๙ น. พระมหาสุรศักดิ์ ปจฺจนฺตเสโน รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ พร้อมด้วย พระครูสุตรัตนบัณฑิต ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต พระครูใบฎีกาแสงเฮือง นรินฺโท รองผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต ฝ่ายบริหาร พระมหาโกศล ธีรปญโญ ผู้อำนวยการกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ พระสิริวรรณะ สิริวณฺโณ รองผู้อำนวยการกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ และเจ้าหน้าที่วิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูตและกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ถวายการปฏิสันถาร ภิกษุธรรมสติ Brother Phap Niem และ ภิกษุณีนิรามิสา Sister Linh Nghiem พระธรรมาจารย์อาวุโสประจำสถานปฏิบัติธรรมหมู่บ้านพลัม จ.นครราชสีมา พร้อมด้วยคณะสงฆ์และผู้บริหารหมู่บ้านพลัม (Thai Plum Village lnternational Meditation Practice Center) ณ ห้องประชุมวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูตและกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มจร พระนครศรีอยุธยา
คณะสงฆ์หมู่บ้านพลัม ได้ลงนามบันทึกความร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย เพื่อดำเนินการด้านการศึกษา กิจกรรมด้านพระพุทธศาสนาและการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาร่วมกัน ตั้งแต่ ๒๖ มีนาคม ๒๕๕๔ และในแต่ละปี คณะสงฆ์หมู่บ้านพลัม จะรายงานกิจกรรมด้านการศึกษา กิจกรรมด้านพระพุทธศาสนาและการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาให้มหาวิทยาลัยรับทราบ
การนี้ คณะสงฆ์หมู่บ้านพลัม ได้ถวายรายงานกิจกรรมด้านพระพุทธศาสนา ด้านการศึกษาและด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาให้มหาวิทยาลัยรับทราบ ซึ่งกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์จักได้รายงานให้มหาวิทยาลัยทราบเป็นลำดับต่อไป
โอกาสนี้ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ ได้อนุโมทนาขอบคุณคณะสงฆ์หมู่บ้านพลัมที่เจริญวิริยะอุตสาหะและขันติบารมีในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา จากนั้น ได้ถวายของที่ระลึกแก่คณะสงฆ์หมู่บ้านพลัม และเจริญพระพุทธมนต์และถ่ายภาพร่วมกัน ฯ
On Wednesday, December 24, 2567 B.E. (2024), at 12:39 PM, Venerable Phramaha Surasak Paccantaseno, Vice-Rector for Foreign Affairs of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU), along with Venerable Phrakhru Sutarattanabandit, Director of Dhammaduta College; Venerable Phrakhru Baidika Saeng Heuang Narindo, Deputy Director of Dhammaduta College for Administration; Venerable Phramaha Kosol Theerapanyo, Director of the Office of International Relations Division; Venerable Phra Siriwanna Siriwanno, Deputy Director of the Office of International Relations Division, and staff members from Dhammaduta College and the Office of International Relations Division, extended a warm reception to Brother Phap Niem and Sister Linh Nghiem, senior Dharma teachers of the Thai Plum Village International Meditation Practice Center, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Accompanying them were monastic members and executives of Plum Village. The meeting took place at the conference room of Dhammaduta College and the Office of International Relations Division, MCU, Ayutthaya.
Since March 26, 2554 B.E. (2011), the Plum Village Sangha and Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on education, Buddhist activities, and the dissemination of Buddhism. Each year, the Plum Village Sangha provides reports on educational activities, Buddhist programs, and dissemination efforts to MCU.
During this occasion, the Plum Village delegation presented their annual report on Buddhist activities, educational endeavors, and dissemination programs, which the Office of International Relations will forward to the University for further acknowledgment.
Venerable Phramaha Surasak Paccantaseno, Vice-Rector for Foreign Affairs, expressed his appreciation and commendation to the Plum Village Sangha for their unwavering diligence, patience, and efforts in propagating Buddhism. As a token of gratitude, he presented a commemorative gift to the delegation, led a chanting session, and concluded the event with a group photo.
