16 September, 2563/ 2020, at 9:00 a.m. MCU; Prof. Dr. Phra Rajapariyatkavi, Rector of MCU, is with administers, lecturers, staff of MCU, and Sangha members, to preside over the opening ceremony of the International Mediation Centre, which sighed a cooperation agreement (MOU) with Mr. Ruangsak Suwari, Director-General of Rights and Liberties Protection Department and Police Lieutenant Colonel Pongthorn Thanyasiri, Director of the Office of Justice Affairs at International Buddhist Studies College, (IBSC), Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Ayutthaya.
The Rector of MCU mentioned the four Sampatti: accomplishment; factors favorable to the ripening of good Kamma: in the opening ceremony such as 1. Gati-sampatti: accomplishment of birth; fortunate birthplace; favourable environment, circumstances or career. 2. Upadhi-sampatti: accomplishment of the body: favourable or fortunate body; favourable personality, health or physical conditions. 3. Kala-sampatti: accomplishment of time; favourable or fortunate time. and 4. Payoga-sampatti: accomplishment of undertaking; favourable, fortunate or adequate undertaking; referring from the Dictionary of Buddhism by Somdet Phra Buddhaghosacharya, (P.A. PAYUTTO) 2559.
In this occasion, Phra Sophovachirabhorn, (Sawai Chotiko), Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs, has assigned to Phramaha Anucha Kanchano, Vice Director, International Relations Division, and staff of MCU to join the opening ceremony of the International Mediation Centre at Imind Conference Hall, 2nd floor, IBSC Building, MCU, Ayutthaya.
