Who are eligible to apply for training Overseas Dhammaduta Bhikkhus.
- It is Venerable bhikkhu having 5 Vassa as the age not over 60 year old.
- Venerable must complete Naktham Ek
- Venerable obtained Pali (Pali 3) or undergraduate or equivalent.
- He has knowledgeable English or foreign language.
