รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ และผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูตและกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ จักเดินทางไปประเทศสิงคโปร์เพื่อจัดกิจกรรมสวดมนต์ข้ามปีและปฏิบัติธรรมนานาชาติร่วมกับสมัชชาสงฆ์ไทยในประเทศสิงคโปร์ ณ วัดอานันทเมตยาราม ประเทศสิงคโปร์ ระหว่างวันที่ ๓๑ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๗ -๑ มกราคม ๒๕๖๘ โดยรองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ รับอาราธนาจาก พระปัญญาธรรมวิเทศ เลขาธิการสมัชชาสงฆ์ไทยในประเทศสิงคโปร์ แสดงปาฐกถาธรรมภาคภาษาอังกฤษ แก่ชาวสิงคโปร์ วันที่ ๓๑ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๗ เวลา ๒๒.๐๐-๒๓.๐๐ น. ณ ภายในพระอุโบสถวัดอานันทเมตยาราม

On Monday, December 23, 2024, at 12:30 PM, Phramaha Surasak Paccantaseno, Vice-Rector for Foreign Affairs and Chairperson of the Executive Committee for the International New Year Chanting and Meditation Program, presided over an online meeting to prepare for the auspicious event. The program aims to bring blessings, enhance well-being, and dedicate merits to H.M. King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua.
The Dhammaduta College and the International Relations Division of MCU, in collaboration with the Thai Sangha Assembly in Singapore, the Department of Religious Affairs, and other domestic and international partner organizations, will host the International New Year Chanting and Meditation Program. The event, dedicated to His Majesty the King, will take place at Ananda Metyarama Temple in Singapore from December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025.
Phramaha Surasak Paccantaseno, along with executives from Dhammaduta College and the International Relations Division, will travel to Singapore to join the Thai Sangha Assembly in conducting the program at Ananda Metyarama Temple. As part of the event, Phramaha Surasak Paccantaseno has been invited by Venerable Panyadhamma Vites, Secretary-General of the Thai Sangha Assembly in Singapore, to deliver a Dhamma lecture in English to the Singaporean public on December 31, 2024, from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the ordination hall of Ananda Metyarama Temple.
The program’s executive committee includes esteemed representatives from MCU, the Department of Religious Affairs, and international Buddhist organizations. Participants in the meeting included prominent Buddhist leaders such as:
• Phra Thep Vajiravides, President of the Thai Sangha Assembly in the United States.
• Phra Ratchavites Panyakhun, President of the Thai Dhammaduta Organization in the United Kingdom.
• Phra Ratcha Vajirasasanavites, President of the Thai Dhammaduta Union in Europe.
• Phra Vites Rattanaporn, Secretary-General of the Thai Sangha Assembly in Singapore.
• Venerable Panyadhamma Vites, Secretary-General of the Thai Sangha Assembly in Singapore.
• Phra Vites Vajirayarn, Secretary of the Thai Dhammaduta Organization in India and Nepal.
• Phrakhru Kosaphiwat, Abbot of Wat Rakhang, Japan.
• Phrakhru Sutrattanabundit, Director of Dhammaduta College.
• Phramaha Kosol Theerapanyo, Director of the International Relations Division and Secretary of the Program’s Executive Committee.
• Mr. Manas Taratjai, Advisor to the Director-General of the Department of Religious Affairs.
The meeting demonstrated the unity and commitment of these revered figures and organizations in organizing this international program, dedicated to spreading blessings and fostering global connections through the Dhamma.
