วันจันทร์ที่ ๒๐ มกราคม พ.ศ.๒๕๖๘ เวลา ๑๓.๓๐ น. พระพรหมวัชรธีราจารย์ อธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่และนิสิต มจร ทั้งบรรพชิตและคฤหัสถ์ ทัังชาวไทยและชาวต่างประเทศ ได้ถวายการปฏิสันถาร Her Majesty Queen Mother Gyalyum Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuk, Her Royal Highness Princess Ashi Sonam Dechan Wangchuk and His Eminence Vairochana Rinpoche ณ หอประชุม มวก ๔๘ พรรษา มจร พระนครศรีอยุธยา

โอกาสนี้ พระมหาสุรศักดิ์ ปจฺจนฺตเสโน รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ ประธานคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานจัดพิธีถวายการปฏิสันถาร ได้กล่าวถวายรายงาน ต่ออธิการบดี จากนั้น อธิการบดี ได้แสดงธรรมปฏิสันถารต่อ Her Majesty Queen Mother, Her Royal Highness Princess and His Eminence Vairochana Rinpoche

ต่อมา His Eminence Vairochana Rinpoche ได้ปาฐกถาธรรม และนำเจริญสมาธิภาวนาและเมตตาภาวนา จากนั้น อธิการบดี พร้อมด้วย พระเทพวัชรสารบัณฑิต รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวางแผนและพัฒนา รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุรพล สุยะพรหม รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการทั่วไป และนางกำไล-นายเชาวฤทธิ์ หวังประกอบกุล ได้ถวายพระพุทธปฏิมากรและของที่ระลึก ตามลำดับ

ลำดับถัดมา พระมหาสุรศักดิ์ ปจฺจนฺตเสโน รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ ประธานคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานฯ ได้กล่าวขอบคุณ (Vote of Thanks) ต่อ Her Majesty Queen Mother, Her Royal Highness Princess, His Eminence Vairochana Rinpoche ฯพณฯ เอกอัครราชทูตภูฏาน ประจำประเทศไทย อธิการบดี คณะผู้บริหาร มจร คณะสงฆ์วัดจงไถซาน คณะสงฆ์จากหมู่บ้านพลัม และอาคันตุกะผู้มีเกียรติที่ให้เกียรติมาร่วมมงคลพิธีจำนวน ๑,๕๐๐ รูป/คน

On Monday, January 20, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., Most Ven. Prof. Dr. Phra Brahmawatcharatheeracharn, Rector of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU), together with the university’s executive team, faculty members, staff, and students—both monastic and lay, Thai and international—hosted a formal reception for Her Majesty Queen Mother Gyalyum Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuk, Her Royal Highness Princess Ashi Sonam Dechan Wangchuk, and His Eminence Vairochana Rinpoche at the 48th Birthday of the Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn Conference Hall, MCU, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.

On this special occasion, Venerable Phramaha Surasak Paccantaseno, Vice-Rector for Foreign Affairs and Chairperson of the Organizing Committee, delivered the welcoming report to the Rector. Following this, the Rector extended a warm Dhamma address to Her Majesty Queen Mother, Her Royal Highness Princess, and His Eminence Vairochana Rinpoche, expressing the university’s deep gratitude and respect for their presence.

His Eminence Vairochana Rinpoche then delivered an inspiring Dhamma discourse and led the assembly in meditation and loving-kindness practice. The ceremony proceeded with the Rector, accompanied byVen. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phra Thepvajarasarabundit, Vice-Rector for Planning and Development, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suraphon Suyaphrom, Vice-Rector for General Affairs, and Mrs. Kamlai Wangprakobkul and Mr. Chaowarit Wangprakobkul, presenting a Buddha statue and commemorative gifts.

To conclude the event, Venerable Phramaha Surasak Paccantaseno, Vice-Rector for Foreign Affairs and Chairperson of the Organizing Committee, expressed heartfelt gratitude in his Vote of Thanks to Her Majesty Queen Mother, Her Royal Highness Princess, His Eminence Vairochana Rinpoche, H.E. the Ambassador of Bhutan to Thailand, the Rector, the MCU executive team, the monastics from Chung Tai Chan Monastery and Plum Village, as well as all distinguished guests who attended the ceremony. The event was graced by approximately 1,500 participants, making it a truly memorable and auspicious occasion.
